Eastern Union Remittance and Exchange Ltd. is registered in UK and Bangladesh. In Bangladesh it has been working actively to provide international remittance services to Bangladeshi expatriates and wage earners living abroad under the rules and guidance of the Central Bank of Bangladesh (Bangladesh Bank) since 2002. Eastern Union executed contracts with Banks and Exchange Houses for providing efficient services to the Bangladeshis living in USA, UK, KSA, UAE, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA, BRUNEI and other countries. To ease the remittance flow, the Eastern Union has established an office in UK in 2004.
Eastern Union has made arrangements with local banks both nationalize commercial and private banks in Bangladesh. Eastern Union operate its business in collaboration with 5000 branches of banks all over the country. The proceeds of the remitted amount are delivered within 24-hours in the Metropolitan cities and in 72- hours for the remotest areas of Bangladesh.
